Bedtime journal

Can I share a secret?

I have been keeping a gratitude journal for over two decades. I always write in my diary while I'm in bed.

That's why I created the "Bedtime

Journal".

The notebook contains 6 daily prompts to help you reflect on the day and calm your mind before going to sleep.

Journaling before bed gives you the opportunity to release and process everyday stresses and worries. This can help calm the mind, reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.

You can use your journal to set goals and intentions for the next day or week, which will help you stay focused and organized, which can reduce nighttime restlessness.

Expressing gratitude in a journal can shift your attention from everyday stresses to positive aspects of life, promoting a more positive mindset before sleep.

What's on your bedside table? Do you think journaling before bed will work for you?
