When Covid hit and the world stopped, many of us felt like we had to change something in our lives, no?
I created new habits to be sure I would stay healthy mentally and physically.
I have to admit, those everyday routines stayed with me…
Long walks, living outdoors as much as possible, reading, journaling, and taking supplements to support my health.
